Shundrawn Thomas (Chicago Booth ‘99) | Northern Trust Investments | (January 2012)
Shundrawn was featured in Black Enterprise’s “75 most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street”. He serves as a managing director and global
head of Northern Trust’s Exchange Traded Funds Group, a newly established business within the Global Investments division involving
a “de novo build.” Thomas is chiefly responsible for strategic planning, product innovation, business development, vendor management,
and talent acquisition. His capital market experience spans equities, fixed income, and derivative investment products.

Cedric Bobo (Harvard ‘04) | The Carlyle Group | (January 2012) Cedric was featured in Black Enterprise’s
“75 most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street”. He focuses on U.S. buyout opportunities in the industrial and transportation sectors. In his
position at Carlyle, Bobo co-led Carlyle’s acquisition of AlpInvest Partners, a $43 billion private equity fund-of-funds manager based in the
Netherlands. This strategic purchase ushered Carlyle into a new line of business. Also, in 2010, Bobo co-led the formation of a joint venture that
will work to acquire more than $5 billion in shipping assets using up to $900 million in equity over the next five years.

Nili Gilbert (Columbia ‘03) | Matarin Capital Management | has co-founded Matarin Capital Management together
with partners Valerie Malter and Stuart Kaye. Matarin is an independent, women-owned emerging asset management firm located in Stamford, CT. It will
launch its Market Neutral US Plus Fund, a long/short equity offering, during the first quarter of 2011. Later in 2011 Matarin will launch the Global
Markets Select Fund. This strategy will make opportunistic long and short investments in stock indices, sovereign debt, money market securities,
currencies, and commodities using global futures contracts across seven developed countries. In addition to these two hedge fund launches, at the
end of 2010 Matarin introduced its long-only North America Small-Cap Strategy.

Les Hollis (Columbia ‘98) | Quaestus Capital LLC | (Jan. 26, 2011) Quaestus Capital LLC (“Quaestus”),
a newly formed private equity firm, announced its launch and investment strategy focused on the emerging asset management sector. Led by Les Hollis
(Columbia ‘98), with 20 years of investing, operating and fundraising experience, Quaestus will invest in asset management firms and actively
work with firms to optimize their fundraising, talent recruitment, operations and overall performance. MacFarlane Partners, led by Victor MacFarlane,
who has 31 years of real estate experience in property development, acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management on behalf of some of the
world’s largest pension plans and institutions, leads the equity investment in Quaestus Capital. MacFarlane will also serve as a member of the
board of directors.
